The districts, cities and municipalities cooperating within ARTIE see themselves as a regional network for strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the North-East Lower Saxony region. The focus is the organisation and promotion of an active and demand-oriented knowledge and technology transfer, embedded in the structures of municipal economic development.
