At the end of the 1990s, HaGG built the Krausestrasse 102-104 industrial complex in the heart of Dulsberg.
The "Blechtrommel" offers around 1,700 m² of space for small and medium-sized businesses and is characterized by its flexibility: Thanks to the modular floor plan of the industrial complex, units can easily be reduced or expanded.
