Beschäftigungsförderung Göttingen (kAöR) is a subsidiary of the city of Göttingen and, with around 100 employees, is responsible for active labor and employment policy in southern Lower Saxony. The legal form "municipal institution under public law" (kAöR) means that BFGoe performs municipal tasks on behalf of the city of Göttingen and in the interest of its customers.
