In 1994, 10,000 m² of space was for sale on a 13,000 m² site on the edge of the Bahrenfeld industrial area between Boschstrasse and Behnstrasse, on which the Moritz-Eiskonfekt company had previously been producing delicious chocolate snacks since 1927. In just a few months of intensive conversion work, HaGG developed the property into a commercial center and a versatile location for a number of trades.
