The Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship was established to take the following development into account. The topics of business start-ups, innovation, growth and entrepreneurship form the focus of research and teaching.
The professorship, originally funded by regional business, is formally located at Faculty II of the University of Oldenburg. However, the teaching offered explicitly refers to all faculties of the University of Oldenburg.
