Entrepreneurship has rarely been more exciting than it is today: world markets are within reach, technological progress makes production more efficient and customized manufacturing more affordable. Work is becoming less and less location-based, and the Internet is accelerating the establishment of new business models. Our experience is that small and medium-sized companies have to make a particular effort to benefit from these developments. Obstacles such as the lack of skilled workers, technological complexity or operational challenges have a much stronger impact on them than on large companies. At the same time, they stand for innovative people, agility and sustainable corporate management.We at RKW take this situation seriously.
