The aim of the award was and is to make women's business start-ups visible to the public and the media. We want to highlight women who have dared to become self-employed - their achievements and also their biographies. These often differ from those of men, especially in the framework conditions. belladonna wants to create role models and encourage women to dare to start a business or succeed in business.
