The competence centre is one of the six departments of OWL GmbH and pursues the goal of sustainably improving the competitiveness of companies and the professional opportunities of women in OstWestfalenLippe. Therefore, the dialogue with the business community is at the centre of action in order to make much better use of the previously untapped female skilled labour potential.
