The Management Transfer Lab is a unique institution at the Faculty of Business Administration. We want to encourage entrepreneurship and to strengthen the transfer from research to economy and society.

We collaborate with other universities across Northern Germany to create startup reports, providing entrepreneurs with support opportunities tailored to their region.
We connect founders, investors, and other start-up enthusiats.
We match competencies and needs across faculties and disciplinary boundaries.
We encourage university-wide entrepreneurship courses.
We emphasize the transfer to economy and society.
